Robert G. Flanders, Jr. (b. 9 Jul 1949) is an American attorney who served as an Associate Justice on the Rhode Island Supreme Court from 1996 to 2004. He earn his bachelor's degree at Brown University in 1971 and his law degree at Harvard Law School in 1974.[1] He served as Chairman of the Rhode Island Board of Regents for Elementary and Secondary Education from 2008-2011. In 2011, he was appointed by Governor Lincoln Chafee as receiver for Central Falls, Rhode Island.[2]
